More bits and stuff
Well, I've apparently successfully waited out the server issues. Good thing I didn't have much to say...well, nothing interesting, anyhow.
Krazee has been back twice since my last entry. Called a few times. Still acts like nuttin happened and all is well. Not saying anything didn't work, so here I go again. I will say, at least she's not hanging around here. She is working, going to school and moving into her new apartment.
I got the crud everyone else in the family went through, and while it didn't last long, its been icky. Mild pink-eye, cold sore, and lack of ambition. Lots of sleeping. I have more laundry than I care to admit to get caught up on. I really need to totally clean my closet out; get rid of the building materials and such. Then I can move the things in that I need to have in there. Buck will have to deal with it when he gets to that point. I'm pretty sure its going to be a while!
We have shower doors! And a floor repair in progress in the bathroom, hehe. Not just the time we've lived here, but for a very long time water has been seeping under the linoleum in the bath, and gradually rotting the floor underneath. Buck had to cut down through to the basement to get all of it out, so he could repair it. Of course, its all right near the tub, and he is trying to avoid having to remove it. Wish him luck, and me, too. He'll be a bear if that happens.
I have chaperone duty at the local Youth Room Friday. Just two hours, and it should be fun. I can't wait to see how this goes. Storm will be there, and is worried I'll embarrass her. Hah, I'll be worse...I'll be soooo mellow. Then her friends will think she's nuts!
Ok, laundry calls, and then some serious chucking in the closet!
