New job...part one

Starting with the job...
After my last entry, I heard about a part-time job with great hours. At a wedding no less! It was a chance remark about needing the right job, and an old friend mentioned that there would be an opening at the company she works at as a second job. Monday through Friday, 9a-2p and when I checked the pay I was like "Yeah, baby...I'm off to apply!" Tuesday was the day, I remembered how to look like I was a working human, and off I went. Decent vibe while I was there, which was nice. Asked when they were going to interview, and was told in the next couple of weeks a decision would be made. Yeah...I got a call before I got home! Go me! I managed to sell myself, without feeling like I was bragging. 40 has its perks!
Ok...I started this an hour ago...sleep calls....back later!
