Gramps, showers, Mel's diner
Thank you all for the nice words last night/this morning. Grandpa did stay in the hospital, and he goes home Monday morning. He just needed to rest and recuperate before the doc would let him out. Tomorrow promises to be insanely busy - get Grandpa home, get mom's dress for the wedding squared away, pick up the son, back to Grandpa's to cook dinner. Oh, and Tuesday A.M. I'm on the road again.
sigh, I'd like a visit where I don't have any plans...
The shower was lovely, I have to say. SIL to be got a lot of loot - both her registry lists are quite full! She really liked the doilies, and now that I got to see her house, I know the afghan will be great.
Big giggles from Cloud and Storm; the shower was held at Mel's Diner and Lounge. Really! We've been watching Alice on ionTV, and it was funny to watch them read the sign!
Ok, now...I'm drifting in to sleepy mode.
