Funeral...and less weight

Short, but here it is. The funeral mass was lovely. The priest who spoke was warm, and well-spoken. The songs were nice. Ave Maria, sung by the organist was beautiful. Amazing Grace during the communion. I was fine through out, even Amazing only got me teary. I'd heard, on NPR, a bit about the Anglican Church. It was discussing all the issues during the Lambeth gathering and one comment was made about the Anglican Church being 'closer to the Catholic church in the Catholic-Protestant range...as the English say, all "smells and bells"...' heee Yeah, just fine, right to the end when they played 'How Great Thou Art'. Lost it. Didn't smear the mascara - no tissues...idiot. Skipped the burial, and called Nat to leave a message. I'm saving my support until after the insanity dies down, and she needs it. I will be a better rock, and I'm just down the street. You'll also notice...1.2 more gone! Whee! I set 9 months as my initial trial. If this keeps up, I'll be down close to 50 pounds at that time. The ticker is December, but I'll adjust it after I pass that date. Getting a better handle on work, its still mind-numbing, but at least the schedule is starting to imprint. That's it, I'm out. For today. And I'm off, but that's normal!
